Create delicate, custom beaded jewellery with this stainless steel bead chain, designed to let you string beads directly onto the chain for a clean, professional finish. The fine 0.25 mm chain is perfect for beads with 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm holes, including 11/0 Delicas, seed beads, crystals, and other small accent beads. To use, slide your beads onto the chain, then use the tip of an awl, thick needle, or T-pin to gently stretch open a link where you want the first bead to sit. Slide the bead against the opened link, then open another link on the opposite side of the bead to hold it in place. Repeat this process for each bead or group of beads to create custom spacing for bracelets, necklaces, anklets, earrings, and other jewellery designs. Each spool includes 8 metres of soldered stainless steel bead chain, giving you plenty to work with for multiple creative projects.
