In Store

In store purchases may be returned within 30 days with receipt for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. 

Items must be unopened in original sealed package and in original condition. No sale items, opened packages, broken strands, cut items (such as chain or cord), books or patterns will be accepted for return.

Online

Online purchases may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Please call for authorization.

All items must have been bought through our website.

To return or exchange a purchase you must include the reason for the return, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number (located on your receipt). For you own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post. i-Bead Inc is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we DO NOT accept C.O.D. or Return-To-Sender deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees. 

We will refund your original credit card or e-transfer the amount of the return less shipping cost once we have received and inspected the returned product.

Return Status 

Returns may take one to two weeks to process. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
