Product Descriptions 

Most of the product descriptions come directly from the manufacturer, which we hold to be as true and accurate as possible.  Please note that certain descriptions such as inner hole diameter are approximations.

Product Images 

Our in house photographer uses high end photography equipment with high end calibrated monitors for photo editing.  Please note that images might not look the same on all monitor due to contrast, colour saturation, monitor brightness, etc.

Terms of Payment

Prepaid orders accepted by Visa, Master Card, E-Transfers, Paypal or Business Cheque. For credit card orders, please provide us with your credit card number, expiry date, and name of cardholder. Credit Card Authorization forms must be updated on a yearly basis. Credit application of Net 15 / Net 30 will be accepted from established accounts after being active for 12 months. Credit Limits and terms will be revised annually or reviewed at customer's request. Accounts exceeding the agreed upon term of payment and/or credit limit will be placed on a NO SHIP status until account is cleared up. A service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be applied to all overdue accounts. N.S.F. Cheques and overdue accounts will automatically convert to a Credit Card status. A service charge of $50.00 will apply to all N.S.F. Cheques. Accounts overdue for 90 days will be sent for collections. All administration and collection costs are applied to the outstanding balance. Account Holder is responsible for all purchases made by additional buyers on the account.

Shipping

Shipping charges and fees will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges are calculated on a box by box basis using Canada Post Expedited Shipping. We receive competitive shipping rates through Canada Post and pass these rates on to our customers with no mark up or handling fees. Shipping includes insurance and a tracking number which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us with (exception of Small Packet Air to USA). We ship by Canada Post and depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2 to 7 business days within Canada. U.S. Customers please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control. There may be postal delays at peak periods (such as Christmas) beyond our control. Once you have placed and paid for your order we will prepare your order and it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders will ship the next business day.

Sales Tax

i-Bead Inc charges taxes for merchandise ordered on this web site by Canadian Residents.

GST is charged to the following: AB, BC, MB, NT, NU, PEI, QC, SK, YT
HST is charged to the following: NB, NL, NS, ON

i-Bead Inc does not charge sales tax or VAT on products ordered on this web site by U.S and / or international customers.

Returns

You must first call our Customer Service Desk and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping. No returns or credit for special orders, clearance merchandise, special sale items, cut items, wearable items or books and patterns. All returned merchandise must be shipped via courier with a tracking number. Returns for any reason except our error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in undamaged, unopened original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receiving your order. NO REFUNDS – exchange or credit only. In-Store shopping – All sales are Final. No returns will be accepted.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold or given out to a third party under any circumstances. Contact information may also be used to notify you about updates to our website or sales & special offers. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please click on the unsubscribe button on any message you receive.

We recognize the importance of protecting critical customer information. Our site is located on a private server, and is protected by an SSL encryption when transferring and receiving data. Our website uses SSL or "Secure Sockets Layer," an industry standard security protocol. When you click on "checkout," you will connect with our secure server. SSL sends your browser information that "encrypts" your order, changing all the information that you send back into a code that is extremely difficult to decipher. In fact, despite the impression the news media may have given, there has not been a single documented case of fraud involving the interception of a credit card number transmitted via a secure server over the Internet to date!

Important:  Email is NOT a secure means to send information as it is not encrypted. We strongly encourage you to use our secure ordering process when shopping.
