Refunds & Returns

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, opened packages, broken strands, cut items (e.g., fabric, ribbon, rhinestone banding, etc), books, and special orders cannot be returned.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact customer service within 48 hours. Return shipping will be covered, and you can request a refund or replacement.
