Ornament Kit - Golden Stars - Makes 3

Make your Christmas tree shine with three elegant Golden Star ornaments featuring sparkling crystal, luminous glass pearls and a decorative ring of golden beads. Built on pre-formed wire star frames, the design combines delicate beadwork with a more intricate centre detail for a finished ornament that looks beautifully polished and catches the surrounding holiday lights from every angle. These 4-inch stars are a rewarding project for crafters ready to try something slightly more detailed than a basic snowflake design.

Each kit includes:

• Pre-formed wire star forms.

• Jewellery-quality crystal beads and glass pearls selected for their beautiful shine.

• Easy-to-follow illustrated instructions.

Approx. size of each ornament: 4 in. (10 cm) from top to bottom.
Tools needed: Round-nose pliers, wire cutters, ruler, and ribbon, cord or ornament hangers for hanging the finished ornaments.
Approx. time to create: 20 minutes per ornament.
Experience needed: Slightly more involved than the snowflake kits because of the decorative ring of gold beads. Some hand strength, patience and proper round-nose pliers are needed to form the finishing loops.
