not worth the price

While working with this citrine bead I noticed a stickiness to the bead and my fingers had a yellow tint to them. I washed the bead in cool water and the colour washed off the bead. I am now unable to use the bead as I would not want the bead to leave a yellow ring around a wrist or neck while wearing the product. I notified the shop and as of yet they have not offered me a refund or any type of settlement. They did however update the page to inform future customers that they are a dyed bead.

Thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention. As previously mentioned, these citrine beads were originally listed as natural based on the supplier's description. We were unaware the manufacturing process had changed to include dyeing and heating until you contacted us. We immediately followed up with the supplier, confirmed the update, and revised our product listing to reflect the current information. We stand behind the quality of our products and do our best to provide accurate descriptions. While I was not given the opportunity to resolve this matter before receiving this review, I have replied to your email and issued a refund for the citrine beads. I would also like to advise that the strands of beads can be rinsed under luke warm water. This will resolve the issue you are having.
