Online purchases may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please call for authorization.

Items must be unopened in original sealed package and in original condition. Please NoteNo refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items, opened packages, broken strands, cut items (such as leather, fabric, chain or cord, etc), books, patterns or special orders.

All items must have been bought through our website.

To return or exchange a purchase you must include the reason for the return, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number (located on your receipt). For you own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post. i-Bead Inc is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we DO NOT accept C.O.D. or Return-To-Sender deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.

We will refund your original method of payment for the amount of the return less shipping cost once we have received and inspected the returned product.



We offer FREE Shipping* on orders over $100 and FLAT RATE Shipping* of $7.99 on orders over $25.00. (before tax)

In Store Pickup is available for all customers. Payments accepted with this service are: Visa, Master Card, American Express, E-transfer (Interac), Paypal & Cash. 

Shipping rates on orders under $25.00 will be calculated at checkout. We receive competitive shipping rates through Canada Post and pass these rates on to our customers with no mark up or handling fees. All shipping methods includes $100 insurance covereage (additional insurance can be purchased at $2.75 per additional $100 of covereage) and a tracking number which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us with (exception of Small Packet Air to USA). We ship by Canada Post and depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2 to 10 business days within Canada. U.S. Customers please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control. 
There may be postal delays at peak periods (such as Christmas, Strikes, Covid-19, etc) that are beyond our control. Once you have placed and paid for your order we will prepare your order and it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders will ship the next business day.

Choose "PICKUP" shipment (on payment) option ONLY if you are going to come to our showroom to pick up your order.

*Free shipping and flat rate shipping will be sent by Canada Post Expedited parcel, and is only available to Canadian customers.

- Certain products, along with Wholesale Customers, are no longer eligible for Free or Flat Rate Shipping.
- All parcels come with $100 worth of insurance (execpt items sent via stamped envelope).  Additional shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for $2.25 per additional $100 of coverage.  In the event you parcel arrives damaged, or becomes M.I.A., and you have declined the additional insurance, Canada Post will only reimburse up to $100.




Please Note:  The above is intended to be used as a reference guide.  These are Canada Post's estimated delivery standards from our location to various cities throughout Canada.  There can be a multitude of factors which could affect these delivery times.  (Ex: rural / northern communities, forest fires, bad weather, peak seasons, COVID-19, etc.)
