Will the Canada Post service disruption affect my delivery date?
Items that ship via Canada Post Expedited or Xpresspost may be delayed because of the service disruption. To avoid delays, you can take advantage of our In-Store Pick Up option.
Can I still have my order shipped during this service disruption?
During the service disruption, Canada Post will continue to ship and deliver orders, but they may be delayed.
What other options do I have?
At the moment we are currently looking at other shipping options that are cost effective as to maintain our $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping on orders over $25.00 and Free Shipping on orders over $100.00.
I have an item in-transit. When will it be delivered to me?
